Since January 2008 I have been taking courses in the Keller Graduate School of Management joint MBA/MPA program. I have been doing research and talking with people and it has been recommended that I prepare for and attend a different institution with AACSB accreditation.
I have also had many issues with their technical support, such as it taking two weeks to get a technical issue with an exam solved so I could complete the exam. This resulted in the exam being completed two weeks late. While most of my experience with the advisers has been fine, I did have one experience with a pushy adviser and this was enough to make me want to leave Keller.
The academic program is not bad, it just appears to be more geared toward those who are attempting to advance in their current career at their current employer. I am attempting to change careers. I also want more of a Public Administration focus in the PA core rather than having a business core on a public administration degree.
