The case manager determines eligibility and suitability. After determination an Individual Employment Plan will be created. This plan will include goals, objectives, training, and an action plan.
Comparison of two training providers required. Make sure that the training provider is fully accredited, request information on success rate and placement rate, and check weather there are complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
The average grant award is $5000 and is once in a lifetime.
The average time from orientation to meeting with career manager is 4-5 months.
This means I will have an appointment with the career manager between 27 February - 27 April.
