I spoke with my Career Representative on 3 January and we decided to change my program and extend the training period. The new classes in my program are the following:
MCITP: 70-680 Windows 7, Configuration
MCITP: 70-685 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7
A letter was produced to this effect and handed in to my WIA Career Manager on 5 January. He called on 11 January to let me know that we needed to revise the letter and include particular information. I in turn contacted my Career Representative and let him know what was required. I submitted the updated letter on 12 January.
